Organogram of the Institution

The Organogram of the institution depicts the administrative and organizational structure of the college and reflects its decentralized and participative system of governance. The administration of the college functions through the collective efforts of the Principal, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, students, and other stakeholders, all working together towards the achievement of the institution’s vision and mission.

The Principal, being the Head of the Institution, provides overall leadership, supervision, and guidance in academic and administrative matters. The Principal oversees the functioning of both teaching and non-teaching staff and ensures the effective implementation of institutional policies and activities.

To facilitate efficient administration and governance, various statutory and non-statutory committees and cells have been constituted. These include the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), General Body, Advisory Committee, Development-cum-Finance Committee, SC/ST Cell, OBC Cell, Minority Cell, Internal Complaints Committee, Library Committee, Magazine Committee, Research Journal Committee, Sports Committee, Time-Table Committee, and several other committees formed as per institutional requirements.

Various support cells are established to address the concerns and grievances of students and staff and to promote a healthy academic environment. The functioning of these committees and cells is monitored and guided by the Principal. In addition, disciplinary and student-support committees are constituted to maintain order, discipline, and student welfare within the campus.

An important feature of the institution’s Organogram is the active involvement of its stakeholders, including students, parents, guardians, alumni, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), corporate partners, and media representatives. Their participation contributes significantly to the continuous growth, development, and quality enhancement of the institution.
